North Platte Farmer’s Market New Location

NORTH PLATTE FARMERS MARKET

New Location…..New Start Date…..New Location…..New Start Date…..New Location…..New Start Date…..New Location

The North Platte Farmers Market has a new starting date and is moving to a new location this season! Saturday Markets will start June 4 and ALL Markets will now be set up on the west side of Platte River Mall parking area. The road in between the Verizon store and Nebraskaland Tire will be our new place of business. (See attached drawing.) It is very exciting that, due to the growth of The Market, more space was necessary for vendors to sell and for customers to shop!

We, the Farmers Mkt. Board, want to make this transition as smooth as possible for vendors and our customers! Attached to this e-mail also are the 2016 Market Guidelines. A few changes have been made so please read the Guidelines and note what might pertain to you and your business.

A meeting for vendors will be scheduled before June 4th, which is the first Saturday Market, to discuss and answer questions concerning this coming season.

It is with sorrow that The Farmers Market is leaving the ‘Downtown Area’. The Downtown Merchants have always been very supportive of the Farmers Market. They also support the growth of business that we are experiencing and they support our move to increase our business. The Platte River Mall is in turn also welcoming The Farmers Market and hopes this move will benefit all.

The biggest change for this season is the new location. There should not be much else that will affect vendors doing their business. We will notify all of the date for our Pre-market meeting as soon as possible. It’s gonna be a great season!!
